Stacy utilizes a variety of evidence-based methods to support your healing and growth, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): Helps you notice and change patterns of thinking and behaviour that may be getting in your way.
  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT): Offers practical skills for managing emotions, coping with stress, and improving relationships.
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): An effective approach that helps process and resolve distressing memories or trauma.
  • Ego State Therapy / Internal Family Systems (IFS):These approaches help you explore and understand different emotional states, reactions, or patterns. By increasing awareness and compassion for these inner experiences, you can achieve greater emotional balance and self-understanding.
  • Somatic Approaches: Encourages awareness of the mind-body connection to promote healing and resilience.
